What bushing kit to use with ITR suspension on a DA...
I am planning on doing the ITR 5-lug conversion on my 92 DA in the near future. Since I am doing it I may as well upgrade my bushings. I've never installed a full bushing kit before, so I have no clue as to what comes with it. I'm afraid I may need some DA pieces and some ITR pieces. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I remember correctly -- the front conversion involves machining the ITR hubs to fit the DA kuckles, so you would replace the bushings just like you would on a stock DA.
The rear is supposed to 'bolt up', which I take to mean that the rear hub/brake assembly gets swapped in its entirety (I don't think you swap the trailing arms, as they are not the same for DAs and DCs). Again, I think you'd use the DA bushings exclusively. I'd search, there are some threads discussing this conversion, and which parts get swapped.

I searched, but couldn't find anything. What sort of machining are you talking about...I don't want to machine them much...might weaken them. I am already using the ITR LCA'S, so I could use some TEIN HA'S I picked up. I would think that there would be a mixture of bushing's, but I'm just not sure.

good luck getting the factory rivits out of the trailing arms...
Engergy suspension would be the best for money and effectiveness

That's a good writeup. I was worried about the machining. Now I have to find a decent shop around here that can do this. Of course...I've got a few months to save up for this. Have you seen any other writeups???
Why would I need to get the rivets out of the trailing arms??? Take off the hubs???

That's the only one I know of off-hand. If you haven't already, search around The Generation 2 Integra Club. There are threads on this conversion floating around.

YUP.
If you can't find his article I can get the link off him personally.
Also, Type-R rear trailing arms WILL fit a DA integra. You just need to reuse your existing DA's front toe control arm on the ITR rear trailing arms.
you more than likely need to use a DA integra's front bushing kit and a 94-01 integra rear bushing kit (if you wind up using the ITR rear trailing arms)...actually the 94-01 rear trailing arm bushing kit should be compatible with a DA's rear trailing arm.

Cool guy, he came down and picked up some parts and I couldnt believe I saw a 5 lug on his DA (this was back awhile ago)
He can answer all of your questions. But yah, from what he told me... he just basicly bolted it on.
