What year is the engine? I would assume you could use any year Integra axles. If the axles really are too big for the hub, ( you might have to use some force to get them in...they might not just 'slide' in ) then use the axles that came with your engine and then use integra hubs as well. Then it should all match up.
Sorry I'm not much help on this. But I think that all the integra and civic axles are interchangable [in the same series], but that year civic is kinda old, so maybe they are different. Does anyone know if the civics were that different before 1990?

Yup, exactly what I was going to say. STD Civic/CRX and the HF have a smaller hub, so you need to swap them out for the CRX DX/Si (or Civic hatchback that's not STD) or any Integra hubs will work, but be sure to use your stock Civic upper A arm (we just did an 89 Civic hatch and put on 95 GSR brakes, using the entire knuckle... fits just fine when you use the stock upper A arm). Instead of pressing out the hubs, just find some knuckles.

Re: what axles and hubs do i need (poison)
yeah axles can be a pain. I spent 20 min pounding on an accord one b4 i got out enough threads to put on the axle bolt and then tighten it. DONT do this if there are like 3 treads sticking out, it will strip the axle bolt. wait till you can get like 8 or 9 good turns on it. Then just start tightin it.

The STD/HF are significantly smaller and have 2 less splines. You will need 88-91 Civic CRX DX or Si hubs or ones from a 90-93 Integra's (this will allow for a brake upgrade too). If you were staying with a D series and just changing to a DX/Si 5 speed you can reuse the 4 spd axles because the inner CV joint's and splines are the same.
