Default Water in my motor

Please help out guys, I bought a integra shell from a guy about 6 months ago and i have been slowly parting it out in hopes to pull the motor and throw it in my civic. I started teh motor pull, and about 2 quarts of water poured out of the oil pan, and then the oil came out. I dont have a clue about what to do. I made sure the crank would turn, but i dont know about the rest of the motor. Any help is more that appreciated.
