vtech cylinoid kicking on an off
vtech cylinoid kicking on and off at 5000 rpm, it wont rev past 5000 rpm in second gear half the time, help!

are you throwing any codes? the cause of not revving past 5k could also be a ignition or fuel problem.. Also you should try to check all your vacuum hoses.

I havnt checked the computer yet, i have not had the chance to hook up the o2 sensor or i think its the oil pressure switch, im using obd0 computer, do i have to get a computer from a vtec car?

First off, you shouldn't drive your car again until you hook up an o2 sensor. Next, you need a vtec ecu for vtec to work, may i suggest the correct ecu for whatever engine you have, as the fuel and ignition maps are pretty damn important too. I have a feeling it'll be a while before you get it running right...
