You will need a vtec ECU and have to rewire your harness for vtec

I would get a pr3 ecu cause the wiring plugs up to the ecu all you need to do is run the second O2 wire, knock sensor wire, vtec oil pressure, and vtec solinoid. And you would transfer the stock ls wiring harness to the new motor
