Default URGENT: Help Ls/v-tec swap

I have recently done an Ls/vtec swap in my 89 CRX HF. Everything is in and hooked up. But, when I go to start it, it just keeps turning over without starting.

I have checked the spark and the dizzy wiring, it all checks out. I am using a Chipped P28 ECu with a obd0-obd1 conversion harness. I have tried 2 different chips and another ECU from my friends running car both to no avail.

I know that I have fuel pressure to the rail. It seems as though the Injectors (which all have been checked) are not fireing. I have removed the resistor box and connected the 5 wires from it together and checked all grounds. I don't know what else to check, I am asking for any shot in the dark possibilty that could cause this.

thanks in advance for any help.

did you make sure you are using the right injectors, cuz the obd1 p28 uses the high impedence injectors with no resistor box and the 89 civic would use the low impedence, jus t an idea cuz you said it still had the resistor box

did you even read my post?

So the impedence is right.

every obvious thing has been checked, timing is dead on. I'm not some tool that has no clue what he is doing. Just looking for some opinions from people that may have had the same problem with an Obd0-Obd1 conversion or this swap in general.

Do you have both Spark and Fuel? IF you do then i think maybe you wired the resistor box wrong. You don't wire all 5 wires together. The lead wire(ususally red) goes to the 4 soldered wires from engien harness and the other 4 black wires from teh resistor box go to the injectors.

That is a nice link. But, I have R E M O V E D a Stock resistor box, due to the fact that the obd1 injectors are high impedence. From everything I have heard before and seen on here you just cut the wires from the box then solder them together.

PLEASE, READ the title post.

Grab a meter (or some noid lights) and check to see if the injectors have +12v going to them. And then check to see if the ECU is supplying a ground to them.
