Default Unorthodox motor swaps

Ok here I go: You have Honda car X. Assume that Honda motor Y will physcially fit in the engine bay, and you have the know how to fabricate the necassary mounts etc.
So you have the motor in the car, or ready to go in, but the wiring is COMPLETLEY different from motor to car. You can use Hondata or ZDYNE or what ever to run the engine, but what kind of process do you go thru to figure out how wire up your headlight's, heater, wipers etc....?

your best bet is to go to the public library, get the complete wiring diagrams to both cars, and study them, if you cant figure it out, i suggest contacting a pro
