type r transmission internals with lsd into b16a tranny casing?
i know a guy who craked the casing on his type r tranny so he bought a whole new one. so i thought i might buy his and use the internals and put them into my tranny case that is good. i have a jdm b16a. are these internals interchangable?

If you've got a transmission with a hydraulically-actuated clutch, then the internals should all swap over without issues. Just get the Helm manual and be sure to shim it correctly.
If you've got a cable-actuated clutch, then it would only work if you've got the YS1 model. You would have to clearance the case for the diff, which is easily done. Shim as above.
If you've got a cable gearbox that's NOT a YS1, then no, you can't interchange any parts.
