Default Type R swap and starting up

I recently put a type r motor in my Integra. Everytime I start the car I have to give the car gas and hold it for a couple minutes for my car to stay on. Whats the problem or where do I start?

A few more symptoms......
*car does start up right away/easier after its been driven awhile
*very bad on gas(don't know if its related)

I did and I wrote it down.. Ill have to check exactly what it was when i get home today.....it was something with fuel injection(?) I believe....

Sounds like that may be your problem right there...
