I have two EG9 with 96spec. jdm B18C-R swap.
They both idle at 1050rpm when warm?
I assume there is no vacuum leak, because when I disconnect IACV plug and turn the idle screw Im able to shut the engine with it.
Any ideas?

Yes I have adjusted it. Idle stays 1050rpm when idle screw is fully closed. Then if I pull IACV plug off, engine stalls because it doesn't get any air..
Im using OBD2a ECU which came with the engines..
