Default turbo h22...best setup?

i have a 97 ex with a jdm h22a. runs great, but my buddy just got a turbo b18 hatch and it smokes the **** outta me.....so i have to upgrade. what is the best setup to run....how much whp could i expect at like 6 or 7 psi. is 7 psi safe on stock internals. what should i get.

Prelude pistons are soft and don't like much boost. Also, the lining of the H22 isn't the best either. Unless you get the H22 resleeved, with aftermarket rods & pistons, it's not feasible to boost a H22, let alone a JDM one of 10.6:1 compression. NOS works great on a H22, as they love to take it, but boost something else that takes preparation if you want to do it right and boost more than 5-6 lbs safely.
