Default turbo gsr

me and my friend put a turbo on a 94 gsr but it doesn't want to go past 4,000rpm please give us rookies some help.

have you tuned it and all that? have you checked all the wires?

man, you don't know what your missing. i believe the IAB kicks around that time on a stock ecu. just get uberdata and a wideband, put your vtec down to like 5000 rpm and enjoy.

Sounds to me like the ECU is in limp mode. Before you go running the car it would be best to check for CEL's if the check engine light is on first off. From there if that's not an issue then it's probably fuel delivery or lack of, timing or spark. It's hard to say because I don't know what all has been done to the car.

Please tell me the original poster isn't running this thing on an fmu.
