Default Trouble Installing Skunk 2 Intake Manifold Please Help ASAP

I have a first gen b16a intake manifold and and I'm tryin to put it on you b16a2 and Does anyone know what to do about the extra vaccum line the there is no place to plug in and what to do about the extra tube coming off of the coolant line cause my car . By extra vacuum line do you mean the little one on the bottom back (driver side?). The extra coolant can be used for whatever you need. I have both capped off but my TB's coolant is bypassed. I think some people are using it for that. Go to pep boys and get the 5 bux box of different size/color vacuum plugs. They work perfectly.
