lurkin' eg

okay, i have b16 trans and when i put it in first and begin to take off, the tranny makes this loud squeal noise. im not sure if its the clutch disc thats bad or if it could be the input shaft bearing. there is no noise when i push the clutch pedal in or when im actually in gear. it only makes this loud squeal noise when im taking off in first and sometimes when im taking off in second after i shift. can you guys help me out?
