Default Tranny parts cause weird idle?

I was just doing a little searching to try and figure out my weird idle issue where it will idle smoothly at 600-800rpm and then it will drop down to like 200rpm and slowly climb back up to normal when idling. Also it will completely stall out once in awhile aswell if i just sit there and idle for awhile. So my question is if you have an aftermarket clutch/pressure plate and a lightened flywheel would the extra pressure required to press in the pressure plate fingers cause the fork to bend causing an imbalance in the rotating assembly? This doesnt explain why the car will randomly drop idle but also i was wondering if for some reason the rotating assembly (clutch/flywheel/pp) was out of balance if this would cause the idle issue possibly? When the idle drops to 200rpm it makes a weird noise which im guessing is the clutch and such spinning too slow?
