Default Which tranny/axles for a JDM Accord H22A into a 99 Accord 2.3L?

I have a 99 Accord turbocharged 2.3L manual which I want to swap in a built JDM Accord SiR H22A (also turbo'd).

1. Should I use the JDM tranny also or use the stock tranny (for circuit use)?
2. Will the original F23 axles fit the JDM tranny?
