Default Timing belt looks like its going to come off!!!!

Ok guys. I just finished my LS swap in a 89 CRX DX. I turn on the car on and it runs great. I have a new timing belt on it too. But after like 5 min of running it the timing belt comes half way off the camgears. I tighted the timing belt to one inch of deflection as i was told. I noticed that when the car is running the exhaust cam gear slighty wobbles as if it was bent. The Intake cam gear is perfect though. So i was thinking can this be this problem? If so how could i fix it? Also when the timing belt startes to come half way off it starts to rub on the lower half of the timing belt cover.

Make sure the crank pulley, and cam gears are torqued properly. Also make sure the water and oil pump are properly installed.

And tension that baby up.

I have everything torqued to spec's. Since i have everthing rebuilt on my LS motor do i have to re-tension the timing belt after i run it for a while because its brand spank'n new.

your cam gears should DEFINITELY not wobble. you need to pull your exhaust cam gear off and check it out. something is not right there.

I have everything in perfect timing. It runs great. Only thing is... is that the exhaust Cam GEAR wobbles just a tiny bit but it looks like thats whats causing the T-belt to slightly come off the gears half way. Would buying aftermarket camgears fix this problem?
