Default Timing belt change required?

I'm swapping in a 95 GSR motor I got from hmotors and am wondering if a timing belt change or adjustment is required. At the hmotors website it says they average about 25k miles...

Unsure because my friend told me to make sure the sprockets are top dead center ...but im thinking the belt has never been touched...so why would u have to mess with it? (he says a friend did a swap without aligning the belt and he got bent valves)

yes, you should always change the t-belt when getting a new car/motor since you dont know how long its been on there or what its been through.
