so hard to tell someone how to check shit, if i was there i could look at it and tell you the problem, just trace all your wires, check all connections, make sure everything is plugged whre its supposed to be, etc..

ok...

no more 7,14,16 codes...just CODE 4...crank position sensor....

but the thing is...it runs like a raped ape for alittle...then check engine light comes on....and it runs like shit...breaks up at anything over half throttle....and the ecu flashes 4 quick flashes...maybe the crank position sensor is going bad????

1st gear...starting off....break the tires loose around 5 grand...2nd and 3rd rip ass...

what color are the wires...and what pinouts do they go to...???

where on the dizzy do the wires from ecu go???

CKP = Crank position sensor (just like I told yah on AIM https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif )

CKP-M = White wire on distributor - goes to B12 on the ECU
CKP-P = Orange wire on distributor - goes to B11 on the ECU

Make sure those are wired up properly.

FINALLY!!!

well i got it running right...finally!!!

VtecVillian came up with this: use shielded wire for the CKP wires from the dizzy to the ecu...i did that...grounded the center wire...and now it runs perfect..NO codes...and No spittin and sputterin....thanks everyone for your help!!! https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif
