Default Swapping b20vtec to b18c in 1990 crx si

Right now i have a b20 vtec in my 1990 crx si. I am running a pr3 b16a head and OBD0 pr3 ecu. I will be swapping out the b20vtec and dropping the b18c in. Will the b18c motor drop right in. Will all the wires on the engine harness plug right in and how about the ecu.

I just ordered the engine from hmotorsonline.com and going to go pick it up this saturday. SO i guess i will be able to use the same engine harness? I thought the connectors were diffrent from obdo and obd1.
