Default Swapping a B18C1 [94 IntegraGSR] into a 2ND Gen Prelude

I am swapping a B18C1 VTEC [from a 1994 IntegraGSR] into a 1984 Prelude and would very much appreciate comments on the following:[DRAG purposes]

I understand that in order to run the B18C1 in my car I will need a non-OBD VTEC ECU (PR3, PWO). [Either one of those ECU’s should run the OBD-1 B18C1]. Any comments? I have the OBD-1 P72 that came with the motor.

Also, I am trying to source the mini harness that connects the ECU and main harness [from motor] - this is the one that passes thru the firewall.

Thank you for any meaningful feedback[s].
