Default Swapping 95 Prelude H22A with 98 H22A

What would be the main things to watch out for when replacing a 95 Prelude H22A [hi milealge] with a H22A from a 98 Prelude [low mileage].

ATTS would be the big one. I don't believe the 95's had that. I'd keep the old tranny and just convert it to OBD1.
