how hard is it to swap out the intake manifold in h22 EK.. and is it worth it?

Pain in the ***, and as far as I am concerned its not worth it at all! I did the mani swap a couple times for friends and it was not worth it I think! That's my $.02.

If you do a search they have a exstensive right up about the installation, even w/pics

I can't say for the clearance in an EK chassis, but in an EG chassis, there's more clearance from the firewall to manifold. Lots of fabrication had to be done, including fabbing up a custom fuel rail to work with the manifold, as the regular Prelude fuel rail will not bolt up to it.

I'd say wait for the Skunk2 manifold, but now after hearing from the "top guys" of what's going on, it may be delayed even much longer now .

I looked at all the possible ways to do it simple, and Scotts way was the simplest, although not the prettiest (sp) hahahaha.. anyways yeah its not for the (cant turn your own wrenchs) i own one but never had a stock manifold to compare to so i dont know.

oh and to fit inside an EKhahaha.. you dončt only need to modify the manifold to make it work...
