Default swap or rebuild f22

What would you do with a 90 accord f22, either would be nice with 145,000. I plan on keeping the car for autox mainly, and still street legal. I think the rebuild would be cheaper. I also plan on getting a new tranny.
What are my options for a rebuild? stock, cams, bore over, compression, anything else? I think I could swap a tranny and the engine if it was all the same but ? how hard is it? Thanks

I'd swap in a H22 if you could. Much more HP and TQ over stock. A rebuild can cost a lot, used engines are cheaper but no guarantee as to how long they'll last.

If it were me, I'd swap it. Just because.
