Default Swap help...almost done...but need some help

OK I have a JDM B16A Sir2 going into a 92 Civic VX Hatch...well I am just about finished with the swap and have ran into two problems....the civic throttle cable is too short....which I figured I needed to get one from an integra....and also the A/C bracket wont line up to my A/C compressor...now I know to get the A/C compressor to fit like stock I need a 94-95 Del-Sol VTEC A/C bracket....but I was told by a few people that the bracket from the JDM should bolt up fine...well it doesnt..so I am going to buy a bracket...does anyone have any thoughts of why the JDM bracket did not work?

Thanks guys!!!

Why would a AC bracket from a JDM be different from a USDM?

Well for the reason that the JDM B16A Sir2 comes out of a Civic...so the bracket should work?
