Swap + Auto-->Manual Guru's Step Inside!!!

Yes, I have searched...thats why I have completed the swap this far...

Car: 93 Civic EX auto (was)
Swap: obd1 b18b1, 5-spd gsr tranny

I have the engine in the car along with the pedals and the shifter harness looped. My question is which engine harness do I need to be using? I have three in my garage to choose from. Obd1 auto civic (orig. harness), Obd1 auto ls integra harness, and an Obd1 5-spd integra harness.

As I was looking to put the 5-spd engine harness in the car last night, I noticed that there were plugs on the drivers side of the car that, on the LS HARNESS, was on the passenger side. I know this sounds confusing but those who have completed this swap, please give me some info on what you did to complete the swap and conversion. TIA!
