Default supercharged OBD2 h22 into OBD1 eg civic?

First off, I have a 94 civic hatch cx with a OBD1 JDM H22A in it. I just bought a wrecked 98 prelude with a Jackson Racing Supercharged H22A4 which is OBD2.

Q1: How do I get the OBD2 engine to work in my OBD1 civic? I have both OBD1 and OBD2 ECUs (p13, skunk2 chipped p13, and what ever ecu comes in the 98 prelude) which should I use? Or should I just convert the engine to OBD1 and how do I do that? Do I just replace the distributer, altenator, and injectors?

Q2: Anyone who has knowledge of putting the supercharger in please let me know everything that has to be done to get it to fit in the eg civic. Any links on how-to's would be great.

Q3: Would converting the engine to OBD1 mess with the supercharger since Jackson Racing doesnt make one for the H22A1 OBD1 engine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Whether or not you give me step by step directions or just give me the link, I will be greatful. I havn't done an engine swap since I did my origional h22 civic swap about 5 to 6 years ago so I am a little rusty and OBD1 into OBD1 is easy.

Well, for starters, I would convert the motor to OBD1. In order to do this, I would just swap the distributor to one from a jdm h22a1 and call it a day. The injectors, alternator, and anything else can remain the same...

For the Jackson Supercharger, I don't have too much info on that but I would imagine it would be just fine in an EG chassis. I can imagine you would have a bit more room in the engine bay than you would in a prelude chassis.

The ECU you would probably have the best luck with is a chipped p28 or p06 with a chrome tune on it.

Hope that helps.

You can contact Rywire.com to do the wiring, say Joone sent you and maybe that will help a little on costs for converting the wiring harness.
