Stupid questions deserve stupid answers
Can anyone tell me what the hindering factors are of an atempt to put a gsr rotating assm. in a B16 block? I had heard somewhere that the actual block heights were different between the two. If it isn't possible can anyone direct me in the right direction of a reasonably priced stroker kit for a B16A2 block or GSR block/shortblock?

b16- Stroke 77mm, rod 137.9mm, deck height 203mm, rod/stroke ratio 1.74
b18c1- Stroke 87mm, rod 77.39mm, deck height 212mm, rod/stroke ratio 1.58
you could throw in the gsr crankshaft into the b16 but you are goin to need a new set of custom rods. If you happend to do use the gsr crank just to let you know that you are goin to have a shitty rod/stroke ratio unless you have a custom deck plate.
