stock harness not fitting help!!

stock harness not fitting help!!
I have been told so many times that you use the stock wiring harness while doing a swap with 99-00 civics. The distributor plug does not fit any sugestions?

You must be using a distributor of a different OBD than the harness then. If that's the case, you will need to rewire the engine side harness plug or the distributor side plug with the proper matching plug.

correct, also the idle control vaulve has three wires and the harness only has two? whats that about. I'm am leaning towards that being my idle problem
