starting problem
 

when i try starting the car for the first time it will just crank over, and then on the second try it will start right up?? this happens every time.

every time i start the car i wait at least 20 seconds just to make sure the fuel pump is primed. by the way, this is a jdm b16a in a crx if that helps?? any ideas?????
