Stabilizing a B18C1 swap in a 96 Civic EX Coupe
I just bought a 96 Civic EX Coupe with a Integra GSR engine already swapped in it. When I shift I can feel the entire engine move and when I rev it up with the hood up, I can see the whole thing shift. I was going to get some motor mounts and was told of something called energy suspension. When I tried to look this up, all that came up was Energy Suspension Bushings. Are these the same things? And is this the best way to maximize the stability on the engine? Advice is greatly appreciated.

Dude, if you can feel your motor moving around, there is something wrong.
Check your rear tranny mount..check your drivers side motor mount. If any of those are broken, you'll feel it.
Check and see if there is any fluid on the underside of your hood or by your drivers side shock tower. That would be a busted mount.
While you're at it, check all your mounts.
OEM will do just fine.
