Re: Spoon vs. Toda??? (B18cKiller)
ive heard the same thing about the spoon intake and itr exhaust cam setup. Toda is suppose to have top notch cams, made from a billet core. I think either way, you will have a badass setup, but the spoon/itr setup is cheaper.

I've heard good things about a Spoon intake and an ITR exhaust cam combo...er, maybe the other way around...

SPOON
SPOON cams
WAY too overpriced for a very MILD cam. Toda makes great cams, but you should look into the JUN 2 intake cam with ITR/CTR exhaust cam - Mike K here on the Type R board did a really nice cam test and the JUN2 intake/ITR exhuast made LOTS of mid and good peak power.
Cheaper too

Re: Spoon vs. Toda??? (EG6JDMspec)
Unless your really going for all out power do not discount the R cams alone. They make the best midrange and torque. However, they are lacking in top end like the other JDM cams.
OEM=best cams for budget.
