Somthin wrong.. cant rev past 3500
aite guys this is my prob.. first of all.. my distrubitor is giving me a Code 4.. Car didnt start.. it died on me .. so i replace the Coil today and now it starts up.. now the other prob is that i cant rev over 3500. I drop a b16a3 into a EF civic .. Anyone familiar with this problem? Anyhelp would be appreciated. I just want to see if its my distrubitor housing assembly that i have to replace.. or is it somethin i can fix easily.

He's running a p30 ecu from 94delsol Dohc... everythin from his swap is from 94 delsol dohc..
Its throwing code 4 only.
car was running fine until yesterday afternoon.. it was runnin for already 2 months into the swap.
