Some Q's, want answers
Ok, heres the gig, I have a 96 lx civic. I"m starting my swap soon. Swap=96 ls. I was wondering if there is any converting wiring? I believe that there is no vtec wiring but would it be "plug and Play"(i'm talking about using the 96 ls harness)? Another question, will a 99 civic si distributor work on my ls motor? Only one bolt can fit but the others don't. Thanks

Re: Some Q's, want answers (prototype2boy)
I not a pro at this but i know some stuff.
I think you can use your Integra's wiring harness because, if my memory serves me correctly the '96 Integras and the '96 Civics were both OBD2a. I'm almost positive that you could use your Civic harness with maybe a few wire extensions.
As far as the '99 Si distributor goes there might be issues with the OBD differences ('99 Si being OBD2b and '96 LS being OBD2a), but I'm not sure.
There are definitly more qualified ppl on here to answer this question. I'm just tryin to get the ball rolling.
