simply IACV or worse ?
my h22 euro-r is showing a cel code 14 = IACV. This i know because I haven't put a usdm IACV on the IM yet. I have the adapter plate for 2 pin IACV from blacktrax just haven't picked up the actually iacv yet.
The question is if my IACV isn't even plugged in, should my car still run? It surges at idle pretty rough but it woun't rev any w/o dieing. I've searched and most the posts i see are for iacv's that have gone bad. i'm using a chipped p28 ecu. I plugged in my p73 and it still won't rev. Any opinions?

unplugged iacv is part of the idle set process, so yes, it should idle, and idle steady, but very low, somewhere in the 500 range.
