Default Should I get a new a car or change the transmission?

I have a 99 Civic with an automatic transmission. I've an intake, headers, exhaust but i still get left in the dust by anything with a manual transmission. Does anybody have any idea on the cost of changing the transmission of car, and how difficult it would be? Or should I just buy another car?

u need ecu, clutch master cylinder, pedal assembly, transmision and mounts. it's not a hard just just a little time consuming. prolly not a good job for a beginning mechanic.
