depends, what car are you putting it into? you may need axles, different mounts, obd conversion harness, etc.

damn straight! By your name im guessing that your putting this motor into an EG??? 3199 for a GSR is a little steep, you might want to do a little researching.

Save some cash, do it yourself. I ended up completing my swap for about $3k, and that's with a lot of goodies. Got a JDM DC 4-1 header, ACT street/strip disk with heavy duty pressure plate, skunk2 intake manifold, and a bunch of little things I had to buy to complete a swap. Don't do a swap when you're on a budget! You're going to end up paying more than you think. All you need is a helms manual and a couple a friends and some patience to do it yourself. And if you're gonna have a shop do it, make sure you don't let them charge you for all the EXTRAS they're GOING to run into. It's gonna happen.

Depends where it's going. Oil's going to cost more because you should flush it after a couple miles. Tranny fluid will be a little. Waterpump should be twice that if you're getting a Honda one, and timing belt by itself should be 60 (if Honda, like you should use).
I don't know what else you might need. For my car I would need mounts, axles, intermediate shaft, rear transmission bracket, shift linkage, clutch cable, throttle cable, fuel pump, intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, clutch, God only knows what else......that's like $1500 right there. A stock exhaust is going to probably rob you of like .5 second, by the way. Just some more things to think about....

Re: (blkeg)
I picked up the complete b18c1 swap for $2200 and got good deals on the rest. I swapped it in myself and saved the cost of the labor. I couldn't let the deal pass me by.

I doubt I'll ever find a deal that good. But I have seen swaps go from $2500-3k. I'll ask around locally, can get some good prices sometimes. I'm located here in TX.

OBD1 GSR Complete swap average around $2500
OBD2 GSR Swap average around $2900-$3500
u would need an obd1
LABOR $500-$800
u should change:
timing belt $60
water pump $$65-$120 depending on wat brand
rear main seal $25
axels seals $10
alt belt $12
oil and filter $15
clutch kit $300
oil pan gasket if leaking $25
these are average prices
change as much as possible, considering shops let them sit and things get worn out from da atmosphere
