Default Searched h22 hasport axle keeps popping out

H22 motor (accord tranny p2t4) 92-95 civic coupe. Hasport mounts. The series 1 kit. passenger side axle keeps popping out.

The problem is I have tried 3 axles from hasport for my passenger side axle. Every time they either popped out or had some crazy vibration. What is the matter or what can I do to fix this. I have changed many axles before and have never had this issue, I would drive for a couple of blocks and they would just pop out or the transmission would not engage it would only rev. I had a race axle in before, but I dont know the brand because I didnt put it in the car. My question is should I rebuild the broken axle that was in my car originally? But where can I get this done in socal. Or try another brand axle. I dont think anything stock would be a good choice for me being the car is not stock and is putting down a little power

If you want to rebuild an axle or buy one call ABC axle 626-369-7880, they've done many of H22 civic axles.

I'm not sure...I always just rebuilt them myself and bought new ones from them. You'd have to call them and ask.

im not sure but you are using an accord tranny. I know accords use different intermediate shafts. Im not sure, but maybe something you should look into. The difference between accord and preludes.

I put an H22 in my 92 hatch a couple of weeks ago, but i didn't use Hasport mount kit. But all the kits put the motor close to the driver side shock tower. As far as axles, i went with Raxles stage 2's and they fit perfect. But then again, i am using the H22 tranny. How much play was there on the axle shaft after you put it in? Mine move about 1/4 inch at the most. Also, is the clip still on the end of the splines to keep it in the tranny? Just throwing ideas around, hope it helps bro.

What I did to fix my axle issue was I just rebuilt the original axle that was on my car from the get go for 40 dollars. Its an aftermarket axle but I dont what brand it is. I was told it was hasport and it looks to be a hasport but when I actually bought a hasport axle all three of them kept popping out. Hasport also has horrible customer service and were no help at all. I would never do business with them again.
