Yeah if more of you guys would get the 06+ then we would have more support for it, I had to create many work arounds to get mine just about fully functional.
Still need some help (for once) with the VSS IN pin for the 06+ AP2 cluster.

This little cheat sheet i have says the input is b7 blue/white.
edit: thats what it says for ap2. Unsure if that includes 06+ AP2s

I have a k20z3 gearbox with the magnetic speed sensor... tryna find my error... It was working, jumping all around and unaccurate for 7.1 miles... then all of a sudden it dont read at all... Wondering where or if I have a loose connection...
I have it on B7 but one sheet I have says B7 is output to cruise control aka low frequency signal output... and the other sheet I have says B7 is input...

hi there honda tech member,
from what i have read in this thread, i hear to many people want to know how much mark from uk charge for the s2k cluster converting and time period to convert the s2k cluster. well i just found some update from mark on his web site @ http://www.marklamond.co.uk.
he wil charge to convert the s2k cluster with custom pig tail wire to connect your car oem cluster wire from 150 to 170 in british pound, in u.s. dollar it would be about $240.00 to $280.00.
the converting s2k cluster without custom pig tail wire and you use the s2k oem pig tail wire to connect your car oem wire would cost 130 in british pound. in u.s. dollar it would be $210.00.
the time period he work on to convert the s2k cluster to your car it would take 7 days if he has your car info in his computer. if he doesn't have your car info, then it might take a week to two week or more for him to collect info about your car, to convert the s2k cluster for your car.

eBay cluster usually don't come with pig tails.
I've gotten all my clusters from either K20A.org or s2ki.com

Re: s2k s2000 gauge cluster fully functional in an eg or ek?
Question... Regarding the Fuel level issue... Its been stated that adding resistance will bring you closer to the EMPTY reading, while taking you further from the FULL reading... midde as well.
So, wild idea... Is there a relay that fires the coil based on a RESISTANCE value? (not the normal 12vDC relay)...
A set resistance could fire this relay to throw output to another relay/relays.
Scenario:
i.) 1 Wire from float in gas tank... - XXX (EMPTY) resistance - relay one fires - send signal to cluster fuel level in put.
ii.) 1 Wire from float in gas tank... - XXX (MIDDLE LEVEL) resistance - relay two fires - send signal to cluster fuel level in put.
iii.) 1 Wire from float in gas tank... - XXX (FULL) resistance - relay three fires - send signal to cluster fuel level in put.
SO, basically the 1 fuel level wire would split, combine into inputs for all 3 relays... All relays would combine to one output wire, which is the 1 wire for fuel level going to the cluster. Which should not be a problem, as only 1 relay will fire at any set time (or fuel level should I say)
But then the question lays, if a relay is set to one resistance as input, thats not right, each relay needs to have a 'range' of resistance to know when to turn off the coil and then the appropriate relays coil would drive, sending the proper signal to the fuel level.
Any truth in there?
Crazy?... or am I in somewhat the right path?

^ It might work.
Sounds overly complicated though. Have you compared the resistance values between the 2 senders.
I was lucky enough to not have to mess with it and apparently I won't have to on my Talon either.

Mine works by itself in my civic. Sometimes a little weird but resets when I cycle the key. But for the most part it tells me when I'm low and the gas light has come on as well.

Damn! The only thing you guys are missing is a gear indicator! I have one of these on my GSXR. Might put one in my civic or WRX.
