Default Running SO SO Rich

First off I'd like to say HI to everyone on this board. I've been playing with hondas for the last three years of my life and for the most part Ive enjoyed it. I currently own a 90 accord ex with a 94 h22 transplant. I never swapped the fuel pump so Im still using the accord pump. THis pump is rated to deliver more fuel psi at idle than the h22's. Could this be my answer as to why my car runs so DAMN RICH??? when dynoed before i put on my exhaust, running a test pipe the car did 173.4 to the wheels and i dont remember how much torque.

2)What's your FP?
3)What's your timing?
