Default Running rich 94 cx hatchback b18b1 please help!!!!!!

I'm trying to figure out why I'm having an issue with running rich and cant figure it out. The car is a 94 cx hatchback with a b18b1 motor from a 95 integra with a obd2 integra harness. Everything in the engine compartment is plugged in and there is NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I'm running a obd1 p75 virgin ecu that came from a perfectly running car. While at idle when first started in the morning or whenever you can smell it running rich, to me there is not a single idle problem, it warms up great, idles very smoothly when first started or at a stopping stage. But you can smell RICH. My last car was a eg si hatchback with a sir2 full b16 swap an that got better gas mileage than I'm getting now. The cat came off a car that I know a 100% passed smog the day I got it, I've changed the oil, oil filter, plugs an wires. The fuel filter looks brand new an was told from previous owner it was changed as a tune up. So now I'm in need of help wanting to really get this issue resolved. Lmk please thank you!!

So you're running and OBD-I ECU, with an OBD-II harness, and an OBD-I motor...what injectors are you running, and do you have a resistor box wired in?

I have no resistor wired in. The swap is obd1, the harness, manifold an distributor are all obd2. I was thinking that's the case but I'm not sure? Was just gonna buy a obd1 manifold, pin distributor to obd1 and get a obd1 harness. The car to me seems to run good, beside the smell of rich, it kinda feels like it's a little stuttery driving at first. Weird cause the idle at stop is like 600-800 perfect doesn't jump at all. Revs up great an everything.

No need to do all of that OBD1 and OBD2 injectors are the same minus connector style. Same with the manifold, distributor and harness. Are your plugs black? If not its doubtful its running rich but possibly the cat is on the way out.

Yes the plugs are black an obd2 as the injector plugs don't have the clips like obd1 does. Plus I have the obd2 intake manifold. I was either thinking of gettin a fuel pressure regulator an seeing what my fuel pressures at??

But then again with stock stuff, idk how the fuel pressure would be up. I'm stumped on pin pointing the issue.
