Default runability. New swap. Take a peek. TPS and fuel questions.

Just put a GSR in a 94 eg. Motor is perfect, but the problem im running into has to do with two things.
When i got the motor, the TPS was off the car. i reinstalled it in the middle setting. There a way to adjust that???

Next, when im accelerating the acceleratioin is a little choppy before the IAB's kick in. Now, is my fuel pump not keeping up with the motor, is there anything i can do to smooth this out. Will a FPR work??
