Default Rich at idle, lean when on throttle??

I have a b20b in a ek whenever I'm idling my afr is at around 10, whenever I drive it leans all the way out and starts to bog. I've tried a obd2 p75 and a obd1 p72 and they both have the same results. I have a s300 that I've tried different maps on but it won't even crank it.. Any ideas?

What's the proper ECU for your set up?

I'm not 100% sure what the ecu is on a crv, however I loaded a stock b20 map to hondata and it wouldn't run

Sounds like the ECU you chipped is bad. Resolve that issue. That's where I'd focus.

I've tried two other ecus though, it's runs on them but files rich and leans out when throttle is applied.

This^ is the reason that I think the chipped ECU is bad and that the other two ECUs are causing the problem because they are mismatches for your engine.

I tried the hondata in two other b20 cars and it works fine. I believe there's another problem

You have a fuel issue. Try changing fuel pressure regulator, and injectors.
