Default Repost from Accord Forum, any help is appreciated

Have been searching the net. Have found one site that said to use the stock 99 Accord LX cable and modify the bracket. Anyone else know if this is right?

It would help to know what you are doing... motor, chassis, etc??? I'm assuming an H22A swap???
