check the brakes too, happened to a buddy of mine where the calipers were sticking and not fully disengaging and it made the car shake and shimmy violently @ 30mph.

well.. the alignment is ok. the car drives straight
im using the prelude intermediate shaft.. and marty at raxles said this would be good.. so. thats what i used..
hmm.. might try that.. find some different ones... but this wont hurt my car in the long run will it? driving with that shaking ?

the prelude shaft from a b20a? never heard of anyone using that before..chuck that piece and get you either an SiR shaft to work w/ those raxles (assuming they are SiR axles) or get you a 90-91 teg setup w/ axles and intermediate shaft. i wouldn't drive around too long on a bum setup, sounds like you could damage the tranny or mounts if you aren't careful.

i have the same problem. car shakes like your spinng tires at 30mph. i have changed axles, (three times) wheels, (four sets) and the aliment is only off on camber. I think it may be the clutch, or maybe the flywheel. what clutch are you using? did you have your flywheel turned down at all????

b20? what?.. my intermediate shaft is from the prelude.. the stock h22a shaft that came with the motor. and im using the stock clutch and the stock flywheel. i took the clutch and flywheel off for a while when the motor was sitting.. then i put it back on and we torqued everything to specs.

check your wheelbearings and caster alingments (if you havent)
then replace your rotors and brake pads and if that dosent work, it has to be axle related.
if its a b series what about the intermediate shaft?
did you ever adjust the axles after you replaced them? some require andle asjusting and crap

wheel bearings and rotors....
i went through 4 months of trouble shooting my car for a stupid *** $35 wheel bearing.. bought new motor mounts, calipers, rotors, springs, struts, lower control arm, axles, intermediate shaft you name it ...its new!! after everything it turned out to be a wheel bearing...It sucked.......BIG TIME!!
If you know you have the right axles this would be the next thing to check..
I had 4 alignments plus all the new parts before I figured it out..problem was I had already done the wheel bearings prior to motor swap..just had a bad part that seperated at the housing..

Re: real bad shaking at 30 miles per hour (hondaZvic)
wheel bearings i never thought of. never had the problem untill i did the swap. car sat for about 4 months, then right out of the shop, there it was. if you speed up just right i can make it act just fine (no shake) but other than that it just shakes from 30-40mph or so. it does it in every gear just 2nd, 3rd seem to show it the worst.
