Me and my bud both have a 2000 Ek hatchs, planning on swaping a Jdm Itr Motor. Ive heared the jdm engine harness wont work. WHY? What if i get a USDM Itr or Gsr engine harness. Will that work? Plug and play?? ive did a couple searches but what im asking didnt come up.

integra harnesses are a 2 piece engine harness, ek harness is a one peice.
jdm harness that you get with swap is backwards and is too short. use ek harness and wrip off all the tape on it and reroute to the connector on the itr motor. you will need to change a couple of plug ends on the ek harness. please get a helms manual for the engine and the ek. it will help you ALOT

this will help but don't base your swap all on this. these wiring connector i believe are from a 96.....different from a 2000 ek(get helms manual)

what about a jdm 97 spec type r motor in a 97 cx. what all would u need and so forth
