Default Quick Accord/Prelude Hybrid Swap Question and Concern

I've been reading up everywhere and I can't find answers for this anywhere and everyone I ask decides to be a dick and not be informant at all. It's been pissing me off. If anyone can truly help me with this it'll be really appreciated. I know there are threads on this on honda-tech.com but none of them concern the F22B2 block with the H23 Head+IM because that is what I want to do.

Here it goes. I want to do this mainly because the power from the f22b2 turbo wasn't much at all. I want to be near 350HP range. What I really want to do is build the lower f22b2 block and just port/polish the head+IM and boost 20psi. What my main concern is WHAT ARE ALL (I MEAN EVERY DAMN PART) THEPARTS I NEED TO DO FOR THE SWAP. After reading quite a bit of threads I have come up with this....

1) H23 Head and Intake Manifold
2) H23 Distributor (Internal or External???)
3) H23 Crank Gear and backing plate
4) H23 Head Bolts
5) H23 Timing Belt
6) H23 Engine Harness
7) H23 ECU
8) F23 Head Gasket
9) F22A Coolant Pipe
10) F22A Timing side motor mount
11) Block one oil drain where the head gasket doesn't quite line up.
12) OBD2--> OBD1 harness
13) Install everything like it was uninstalled....

These are the parts that I THINK I will need for my car to run. I know since the compression will be lower the car will run like ****, so what ecu will help me for that (maybe a p39)

What other parts will I need to do this swap on a 1997 OBD2 Accord F22B2 LX... PLEASE HELP ME OUT

that list of parts is a good start.
just make sure you got a good daily driver in case things dont work out while you order more parts!
