Default questions on poor man itr setup?(b18c block with b16a head)

Ok i have a b16a2 in my EK hatch and bought a bootm end of a jdm b18c.
It has no rods, no pistons and no oil pan.
So here is my plan:
Pct's .25 over (cause cylinder wall number 3 as a small scratch)
itr rods or would eagle be better?
and the itr crank
Balanced internals with polish rods and micropolish crank.
buy an itr oil pan.
Put the b16 head on it and my b16 tranny (s1 i think)

what is the timming belt that i need? itr or else
What else should i get inspected?
Do i need to change the gaz pump?
Should i change the water pump and/or oil pump?
Will i need bigger injector's?
What ecu should i run?

Sorry for the multiples questions but i did not want to make multiple post about it.
Thank you for your help and yes i have searched and yes i no that it is not a poor setup anymore.

The Eagle rods are heavy and could be considered "overkill" for an all-motor street Honda setup, might as well find used GSR or ITR rods for cheap.

what is the timming belt that i need? itr or else B18C size... thats GSR+ITR.
What else should i get inspected? buy new crank/rod bearings and size them properly, hone the block for new rings, check the valve seals in the head for wear, they are inexpensive to replace if you do it yourself. possibly get a "performance (3 or 5-angle) valve job" while you have the head off.
Do i need to change the gaz pump? Possibly, note that all Honda dohc vtec fuel pumps are the same, its the dohc non-vtec / sohc vtec / sohc fuel pumps that have lesser fuel capacities, especially at higher rpm's.
Should i change the water pump and/or oil pump? Sure, why not, its better to stret fresh to avoid any problems, but you dont have to change them out.
Will i need bigger injector's? Nope... all civic/integra injectors are 240cc but you may upgrde to 270cc or others if you start adding mods and tuning the car.
What ecu should i run? anything matching the obd of your car and tht has vtec, run even the base version of Hondata if you can afford it.
