You need th AC condesensor for the GSR. Other then that surf the web for engine swaps, or read as you go along in the helms... Good luck. It's fun to do it your self...

If you want to use a civic ac system, you will need a delslo si ac bracket in order for the compressor to bolt up. If you buy a 96-up b18c1, run it with an obd1 computer, do a search on wiring the IAB. Get a new radiator. You will need to extend the cat. for the exhaust to bolt up correctly.

I wouldn't do the headers just yet. You can run the exhaust from the cat back first but the headers down the line your gonna have to change them, so hold off on those. You can use your stock Cat with the GSr setup, when you buy your header get it for a 94 & + GS or LS or what year GSR you go with. If you get the headers for a GSR you have to get the GSR cat b/c the O2 is in the Cat for the GSR.

Hey:
If you use the AC compressor from the Civic, you won't have to get any custom AC lines made. I highly recommend this. You do need the Del Sol DOHC VTEC AC bracket to do this.
The part number is 38930-P54-000
Good Luck.
PS I still haven't hooked the belt up on mine, so I don't know what size you'll need, but that bracket worked like a charm for me.

Not necessary but a solid engine mount in the rear for extra stability. I've got the one from Place Racing
