Default Question about OBD2 motor into a OBD1 car

I got some questions on a b18c (obd2 ) swap , ive decided to just hold off on a lsvtec build and just buy a complete motor and maybe trans package off of a reputable ebay seller or jdm importer , dunno what site has the best reviews etc etc... help ?
My main concerns is what i need / how to do the entire swap , ive been looking some of my answers tonight and want to double check ... be easy on me all of this wiring stuff gets me confused and not much experienced in it but i can learn...

background : i have a 95 ls integra all original and what not the only thing previous owner swaped was the trans supposedly it has a gsr trans and also AC delete ... pretty sure its a b16 just havent split the case to count analwho , i want to swap a obd2 gsr or type R
can someone help me out what i exactly need to do ,too many people have told me to many different ways to go about this . i just want to get it rite the first time around when i do it .
